Community Support Worker

Our team of Community Support Workers plays an important role in helping clients remain independent, connected, and supported in their everyday lives. At CCNASA, we value flexibility, respect, reliability, and professional standards, while giving our staff opportunities to work across a variety of community-based settings. We are currently seeking experienced Community Support Workers to provide in-home and community-based support across metropolitan Adelaide and surrounding areas.
Your duties may include:
- Domestic assistance, including cleaning, laundry and meal preparation.
- Transport assistance for appointments, shopping and community activities.
- Social support and community participation.
- Personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
- Medication assistance in accordance with care plans, training and scope of role.
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Have a minimum of 3 months' experience in community care or a similar support role.
- Hold a valid Australian driver's licence and have access to your own reliable vehicle.
- Be available to work across a 7-day rotating roster, Monday to Sunday.
- Be comfortable travelling between clients within the community.
- Demonstrate strong communication, reliability and a professional approach.
- Be committed to providing safe, respectful and person-centred support.
- Hold or be willing to maintain all relevant screening, compliance and training requirements.
