Contract to 22/10/2027 with possible extension | Carseldine, QLD | Hybrid Working
Lime Recruitment is currently working with a large Queensland Government client to recruit an experienced Power Platform Service Coordinator. In this role you will coordinate governance, operational administration, stakeholder engagement and reporting activities that support the adoption and management of enterprise technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary coordination point between platform specialists, business stakeholders, developers and vendors.
- Guide stakeholders through governance requirements, engagement processes, environment management standards and support pathways.
- Coordinate solution onboarding, governance reviews, readiness assessments and deployment activities.
- Maintain governance documentation, approvals, support arrangements, catalogue records and deployment checklists.
- Monitor compliance with governance standards, operational procedures, support obligations and environment management requirements.
- Coordinate audits, governance reviews, compliance assessments, remediation actions and operational reporting.
- Develop dashboards and reports covering adoption, compliance, risks, audit outcomes, environment management and service performance.
- Identify and support continuous improvements to governance processes, reporting, operational management and stakeholder engagement.
About You
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and customer relationship management skills.
- Strong organisational, coordination and prioritisation skills across competing activities.
- Experience in governance, compliance, audit or operational administration.
- Experience developing reports and dashboards, including with business intelligence tools.
- Strong written communication, meeting facilitation and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Experience working in a business, technology, service delivery or operational environment.
- Knowledge of technology platforms, ICT governance, vendor engagement or operational services is desirable.
