An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join a modern and supportive boutique real estate business in Melbourne's Inner South.

Managing a portfolio of approximately 200 properties, you'll be part of a close-knit team with strong systems, leasing assistance and VA support, making your role focussed on relationship management. The role offers a genuine focus on work‑life balance, with the team finishing at 4:00pm and the flexibility to work from home one day per week after probation.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 200 properties
• Oversee day-to-day portfolio management and client relationships
• Conduct final inspections and assist with ingoing processes
• Work closely with the leasing team to ensure a smooth leasing process
• Maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships
• Manage maintenance, arrears, compliance and general portfolio administration
• Work collaboratively with VA and support staff
• Deliver a high level of customer service across the portfolio
• Meet agreed KPIs and contribute to overall team performance

What We're Looking For:

• Experienced Property Manager with strong portfolio management experience
• Confident managing a large portfolio independently
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit team
• Proactive, reliable and accountable approach
• Strong understanding of residential property management processes
• Agent's Representative Certificate
• Ideally located within approximately 30 minutes of the office
