Physiotherapist wanted (New Graduate welcome)- Brisbane

North Brisbane Allied Health is seeking a talented Physiotherapist to join our growing team in Margate, QLD. This is an exciting full-time or part-time opportunity perfect for both experienced practitioners and new graduates looking to launch their career in physiotherapy. You will work in a supportive, collaborative environment where your clinical skills and passion for patient care will make a real difference. This role offers the chance to develop your expertise whilst contributing meaningfully to our diverse patient population across our clinic.

Key responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualised treatment plans for patients with various musculoskeletal, neurological and other conditions

Deliver high-quality physiotherapy interventions including manual therapy, exercise prescription, electrotherapy and functional rehabilitation

Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed and communicate outcomes with patients and healthcare professionals

Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements

Provide patient education and advice on injury prevention, ergonomics and self-management strategies

Collaborate with other allied health professionals, case managers and medical practitioners to ensure coordinated, patient-centred care

Contribute to a positive clinic culture by supporting team members and maintaining professional standards

Stay current with evidence-based practice and professional development opportunities

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution

Current registration with AHPRA

Current professional indemnity insurance

Strong clinical knowledge and practical skills in assessment and treatment techniques

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds

A patient-centred approach to care with commitment to achieving positive patient outcomes

Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt treatment approaches based on patient response

Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice

Proficiency with electronic patient management systems is advantageous
