Food Safety - SITXFSA005/SITXFSA006 unit
What you need:
Food Handler
SITXFSA005 Use hygienic practices for food safety
SITXFSA006 Participate in safe food handling practices
Barista
SITHFAB025 - Prepare and serve espresso coffee
SITXFSA005 - Use hygienic practices for food safety
Have at least 2-3 years industry experience and be able to provide currency;
Hold either Cert IV TAE 40122 OR equivalent
Hold the NSW Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
