C++ Developer / Software Engineer (Swift macOS) Cambridge/ WFH to £80k

Are you a C++ Developer with Swift mobile application / device development experience?

\n

You could be progressing your career as a C++ Developer at one of the world's leading cyber security technology companies, where you'll help develop next generation software that protects organisations from increasingly sophisticated AI driven cyber threats.

\n

As a C++ Developer, you'll design, develop and maintain a macOS codebase using modern C++ and Swift, working within a fast-paced R&D environment. You'll take ownership of projects from rapid prototyping and exploring new ideas through to developing and enhancing established platforms.

\n

You'll contribute to a strong engineering culture through code reviews, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement, while helping drive innovation and technical excellence. This is a hands-on role with plenty of scope to influence technical direction, solve interesting problems and develop your skills across a modern R&D environment.

\n

Location / WFH:

You’ll join a highly talented, diverse team in the Cambridge office twice a week where you can enjoy a great team atmosphere with free lunches and problem solving sessions.

About you:

• You have strong C++ development skills combined with Swift and macOS experience
\n
• You're comfortable working autonomously and making technical decisions, while collaborating effectively within a team
\n
• You're knowledgeable or interested in cyber security and malware forensics
\n
• You have advanced problem solving and critical thinking skills
\n
• You have a strong knowledge of software engineering best practices
\n
• You're collaborative with great communication skills
\n
