What You’ll Do

  • Lead with confidence: Manage your own portfolio of strata schemes and keep operations running smoothly.

  • Be the go-to problem solver: Work hand-in-hand with committees, owners, and stakeholders to resolve complex issues.

  • Stay ahead of the curve: Ensure every scheme meets current legislation and best practice standards.

  • Drive improvements: Find smarter ways to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Engage your community: Run committee meetings and AGMs that bring people together and create solutions.

  • Oversee the details: Coordinate property maintenance and service providers to deliver quality outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Strata Manager with a solid understanding of strata legislation.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • A natural multitasker who thrives under pressure and enjoys a challenge.

  • Meticulous attention to detail paired with a proactive, can-do attitude.
