Muffin Break is all about the hustle and bustle of a busy cafe, freshly baked muffins, great coffee, and getting to know your customers. As a team we value authenticity, community and happiness, which gives our crew a platform to reach new heights.

We are looking for experienced cafe all-rounders and a supervisor to join our team across both Tweed City sites and hit the ground running.

You will be creating a fun and vibrant cafe atmosphere for customers across both sites.

Responsible for the delivery of an amazing customer experience and exceptional coffee and food.

Supporting the business with creation and execution of marketing plans.

Maintaining operational standards with the day-to-day running of a cafe, including but not limited to:

Store opening and closing, including cash reconciliation

Assisting with stock ordering and control

Assisting with invoicing and rostering

Working hands on both front and back of house

Supervising a small team of customer service staff

Cafe All-Rounders

We are looking for cafe all-rounders with experience working in a busy cafe environment. Having worked in a similar position for at least 1 year is preferred, however full training is also provided. Customer service and cash handling are all part of this role.

To be successful, we are looking for someone who:

is passionate about providing exceptional customer service

enjoys working in a busy cafe environment with a variety of people

has flexible availability, as this position will require some early start and weekend work.
