Optometrist – Full-time (Graduate) – Townsville

We are looking to recruit a graduate optometrist with a strong interest in ocular pathology and dry eye management. The role will be based between Townsville Stockland and Townsville Castletown OPSM stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive eye examinations and diagnostic tests using advanced equipment (OCT, biometry, Topographer, Optos NG, infrared meibography, IPL, LLLT, Auto Rx/K, cataract retro-illumination, retinal camera).
• Diagnose and manage ocular pathology and dry eye conditions.
• Provide personalized treatment plans and follow‑up care.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with the local community to grow the practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate optometrist with a relevant degree.
• Special interest or experience in ocular pathology and dry eye treatment.

Location

Townsville, Queensland. The position offers the opportunity to work between the two largest OPSM stores – Townsville Stockland and Townsville Castletown.
