UTOPIA Property Management is looking for a motivated, people-focused Junior Property Manager to join our Noosa team.
If you love working with people, take pride in delivering timely outstanding service, this role is for you. And you'll get to do it in one of Queensland's most beautiful places to live and work.
Experience in property management is welcome but not essential. If you bring the right attitude and a genuine willingness to learn, we'll give you the training and mentoring to help you thrive.
What You'll Be Doing
• Looking after your own small residential property portfolio
• Building strong, lasting relationships with owners and tenants
• Handling lease renewals and rent reviews
• Organising repairs and maintenance with trusted local trades
• Managing tenancy paperwork, including entries and exits
• Keeping on top of rent arrears
What We're Looking For
• Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate (essential)
• Property management or real estate experience (preferred, not essential)
• Experience using PropertyMe or similar property management software (a bonus)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisation and a sharp eye for detail
• A proactive, fast solutions-focused approach
• A positive attitude and eagerness to grow
