About the Role
TerryWhite Chemmart Palmerston is looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to lead our retail team and oversee the day-to-day retail operations of our busy community pharmacy.
This is a hands-on leadership role with the opportunity to make a genuine difference. Working closely with the Pharmacist Manager and Pharmacy Owner, you'll help ensure the pharmacy provides excellent customer service and operates efficiently day to day.
Previous pharmacy experience is not essential. Training and guidance will be provided to help you become familiar with our pharmacy systems, processes and the TerryWhite Chemmart network.
What You'll Do
Lead, support and develop our retail team
Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation
Oversee stock management, merchandising and promotions
Monitor retail performance and help identify opportunities for improvement
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has previous retail management or senior retail leadership experience
Is confident leading and supporting a team
Is organised, practical and comfortable working in a busy environment
Has an understanding of stock control, merchandising and retail operations
Experience in community pharmacy, health and beauty, supermarkets, department stores or specialty retail would be highly regarded, but pharmacy experience is not required.

- This is a full-time, hands-on Retail Manager position in a busy community pharmacy. Are you comfortable working on the shop floor and actively supporting the team during busy periods, rather than working solely in an office-based management capacity?
