Onboarding Officer

The Opportunity

We are looking for an Onboarding Officer to join our vibrant and professional team. To be considered for this position, you will ideally have:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• At least one year of previous experience in a reception or administration role (health or medical industry highly regarded)
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in data entry
• Bilingual proficiency is highly regarded
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to take initiative
• Excellent written, verbal and numeracy skills

Your Responsibilities:

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
• Coordinating client bookings, invoicing, and payments
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, providers, and insurers, to support service delivery
• Supporting basic bookkeeping functions
• Providing general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and office coordination
• Assisting the wider team with administrative tasks as required
