Supply Chain & Warehouse Operations Coordinator

Surfboard Empire is seeking a highly organized and analytical Supply Chain & Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team.

This role combines hands-on warehouse and inventory coordination with supply chain analysis and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will help ensure accurate stock flow across our warehouse and retail network while identifying opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, replenishment and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, check and process incoming stock against purchase orders and delivery documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock movements, transfers and returns.
• Coordinate store replenishment, outbound shipments and Return to Vendor processes.
• Investigate stock discrepancies, shortages, damaged goods and inventory issues.
• Monitor stock levels, inventory movement and store replenishment requirements.
• Analyze stock flow and supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and recommend improvements to warehouse, inventory and replenishment procedures.
• Prepare basic reports relating to inventory, stock movement and supply chain performance.
• Assist with stock takes, cycle counts and ongoing inventory accuracy.
• Work closely with the Warehouse Operations, Purchasing and Retail teams to improve stock availability and operational efficiency.
• Maintain a safe, organized and efficient warehouse environment.
