We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Supply Chain Administrator to join our team based in our Milton office. Reporting to the Supply Chain Superintendent, the primary focus of this role is the administration and maintenance of supplier master data, vendor onboarding and compliance records, while also providing support to purchasing operations when required.
This role requires someone who is confident communicating with suppliers, able to influence outcomes when required, and comfortable managing competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish new suppliers within the SAP ERP system, ensuring all required information and approvals are obtained.
- Maintain and update supplier master data, processing amendments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage supplier compliance documentation, including insurance certificates, licences, and other mandatory records.
- Prepare and submit vendor credit applications and maintain associated records.
- Monitor supplier data quality and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Respond to supplier and stakeholder enquiries relating to vendor data and onboarding.
- Preparing, maintaining or analysing procurement and supplier data reports, including tracking and reporting on small business, local supplier and Indigenous supplier spend, with the ability to provide accurate insights to support organisational reporting requirements.
- Support the transactional purchasing team with purchasing and administrative activities as required.
- Ensure all vendor information is maintained in accordance with company policies, governance requirements, and audit standards.
About You

- Previous experience in an administration, procurement, contracts or supply chain support role.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Confidence dealing with suppliers and vendors in a professional manner.
- The ability to respectfully challenge or push back when required to achieve business outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience coordinating multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
- High levels of initiative, accountability and professionalism.
- Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
