Sunstate is looking for two motivated Sales Consultants to join our Maroochydore stores, in Motorcycle sales and our Sea-Doo personal watercraft and Can-Am sales and form part of a successful family-owned multi-location group across the Sunshine Coast, Fraser Coast and Gold Coast.

In this role you will

• Sell new and used vehicles
• Convert walk-in, phone and online enquiries into sales
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver outstanding experiences
• Work closely with finance, parts and workshop teams
• Help customers choose the right machine for their lifestyle

About you

• Genuine passion for the outdoor / powersports lifestyle
• Previous sales experience (powersports, marine, automotive, retail or hospitality preferred but not essential – we will train the right person)
• Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach
• Self-motivated, target-driven and professional

This is a full-time role based at our Maroochydore dealership on the Sunshine Coast.
