About the role: \n

You will work across both front-end and back-end WHS matters, including:

\n

\n
• Serious workplace incidents and regulatory investigations.
\n
• Improvement, prohibition and infringement notices.
\n
• WHS prosecutions and Coronial Inquests.
\n
• Safety governance, officer duties and due diligence.
\n
• Compliance, risk management and strategic advisory work.
\n

The ideal candidate: \n

Australian-qualified lawyer with approximately 2–5 years’ PQE.

\n

\n
• Experience in WHS, regulatory litigation, employment, coronial work or a related disputes practice.
\n
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style.
\n
• Keen to develop into a genuine specialist within an international firm.
\n
