Graduate Physiotherapist – Musculoskeletal Mentoring Program
Graduate Physiotherapist - Musculoskeletal Mentoring Program
Start your career with the support to become a confident MSK physiotherapist
Your first years as a physio shape the clinician you become. At Phytness HealthCare, we don't just give new graduates a caseload and hope for the best. We invest in you with a structured education program, protected one-on-one training time and mentors who want to see you succeed.
2 hours of one-on-one hands on training every week for 12months. This is protected, dedicated time with a senior physiotherapist, not squeezed in between patients.
Close mentorship. You'll have a mentor who knows your caseload, reviews your progress and helps with complex presentations as they come up.
Hands-on MSK skill development. Build your assessment, clinical reasoning, manual therapy and exercise prescription skills across a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
Regular in-services and case discussions with the wider team
Learn alongside a large multidisciplinary team
Since 2004, Phytness HealthCare has grown into one of Wollongong's leading physiotherapy and multidisciplinary practices. You'll work with:
15 Physiotherapists
2 Sports Doctors
A Podiatrist, Dietitian and Psychologist
You’ll have regular, access to this team, so you can ask a question in the corridor, get a second opinion on a tricky case or co-manage a patient with a sports doctor or EP. Few graduate roles offer that kind of learning environment.
About the role
One-on-one private practice treatments in a musculoskeletal setting with the option for home visits to break up your week if desired.
A diverse caseload, from children to older adults, including sports, work-related and chronic conditions
