Service Advisor - Peter Stevens Harley Heaven Tempe

Harley-Heaven Tempe is looking for an organised and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Service Department. In this frontline role, you'll be the key point of contact for customers, guiding them through their service experience from booking through to vehicle collection while supporting the smooth operation of our workshop.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with service advisory, automotive, motorcycle or customer service experience who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and being part of a high-performing dealership team.

About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you will act as the link between our customers and workshop team, ensuring repairs and servicing are coordinated efficiently and communicated clearly throughout the customer journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing service bookings, repair orders and customer enquiries


• Creating accurate repair orders and service documentation


• Keeping customers informed throughout the service and repair process


• Coordinating with technicians, workshop personnel and the Parts Department


• Obtaining customer approvals for additional work and repairs


• Managing vehicle handovers and explaining completed work


• Following up with customers to ensure a positive service experience


• Identifying appropriate maintenance, repair and accessory opportunities


• Supporting workshop productivity and customer satisfaction outcomes

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who can deliver exceptional customer experiences while effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

To be successful, you will have:

• Strong customer service and relationship management skills


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• High levels of organisation and attention to detail


• The ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively within a team


• Experience in an automotive, motorcycle or service advisory environment (preferred)


• A sound understanding of servicing and repair processes, or the ability to quickly develop this knowledge


• Experience using dealership management systems or service administration software (preferred)


• A current Driver's Licence


• A current Motorcycle Licence will be highly regarded
