We are Eil Global, a company providing IT services in Asia Pacific and EMEA across various technologies such as desktops, Servers, networks and data centre technologies. We are headquartered in Adelaide, Australia and have clients and offices across Asia Pacific & EMEA regions

Site Locations: East Maitland, NewCastle, NSW

Mode: Dispatch - On call ticket based/Freelance/Part time/Casual Basis

SLA: SBD and NBD support

Skills & Requirements:

Exp in handling desktop/network issues

Capable of installing and upgrading Operating Systems

Install patches

Software and Hardware Break Fix

Well versed IT engineer

Basics of Wi-Fi

Basics of networks, LAN, WAN, Switch and Router Configuration

Install and administer MS Office

Business English with local language

Requirements
Availability to provide on-call, ticket-based, freelance, part-time, or casual IT support, Ability to support sites in East Maitland/Newcastle, NSW, Ability to meet same-business-day (SBD) and next-business-day (NBD) support SLAs, Experience troubleshooting desktop and network issues, Operating system installation, upgrade, and administration, Software and hardware break/fix troubleshooting, Patch installation and management, Basic Wi-Fi troubleshooting and support, Basic LAN and WAN networking knowledge, Basic switch and router configuration, Microsoft Office installation and administration, Well-rounded IT engineering and technical support skills, Business-level English communication, Fluency in the relevant local language
