Client Service Coordinator | Full-Time

Key responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for clients by phone, email and in person, handling queries, follow-ups and requests for information
• Manage client onboarding, correspondence and document collection
• Complete new client identity and AML checks
• Coordinate job workflow, deadlines and lodgement tracking
• Prepare and send engagement letters, signing packages and client documents
• Maintain client records across our practice management platforms
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate workflows using our digital tools
• Document and improve internal procedures and templates
• Support the team with general administration

About you

• Eager to learn and grow. Previous experience isn't essential, as full training and support will be provided
• Highly confident with technology. You pick up new software quickly and enjoy figuring out how to get more out of it
• A friendly, clear and professional manner on the phone and in writing
• A process thinker who spots inefficiencies and proposes practical fixes
• Strong attention to detail
• Organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
• Experience in an accounting or professional services firm is highly regarded, but not essential
• Familiarity with Xero, XPM, FYI, Ignition or Annature is a bonus, but not essential
