The Opportunity

We’reworking with an established and fashion-forward brand to find an experiencedBoutique Manager and Assistant Manager to lead their Bondi Junction flagship store.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, loves developing people and knows how to turn a strong customer experience into commercial results.

You’rean experienced retail leader who enjoys being on the shop floor and leading by example. You have a natural ability to motivate and develop a team, build strong customerrelationshipsand create an environment where people are engaged and performing at their best.
You’llbring a genuine passion for fashion and accessories, strong commercialawarenessand the confidence torepresentthe brand as a true ambassador.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive store sales, KPIs and overall commercial performance
• Lead,coachand develop a high-performing retail team
• Create an elevated and memorable customer experience
• Oversee day-to-day boutique operations, including rostering and reporting
• Manage stock deliveries,inventoryand stock flow
• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and store presentation
• Support recruitment,onboardingand team development
• Build a positive and collaborative store culture
• Ensure the brand is consistently represented to a high standard
• Identifyopportunities to improve store performance and customer engagement

About You

• Previousexperience as a Store, Boutique or Assistant Manager within fashion or premium retail
• A proven ability to lead, coach and motivate a team
• Strong commercial and KPI awareness
• Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• A customer-first approach with a genuine passion for retail
• Ability to lead from the front and create a positive team environment
