- Salary – $133,348 pa - $146,945 pa plus employers’ contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading \n

Your role
\n
As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in driving technology solutions that improve business outcomes across Multicultural NSW. Working across the organisation, you will translate business needs into practical solutions, improve systems and processes, support project delivery, and help ensure technology investments deliver both immediate value and long-term strategic outcomes.

What you’ll do

- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify solutions. \n
- Analyse, document, and improve business processes, requirements, and systems. \n
- Lead business analysis activities across projects and technology initiatives. \n
- Support ICT project planning, delivery, testing, and implementation. \n
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers. \n
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, services, and ways of working. \n
- Provide guidance and support to a Systems Analyst. \n
- Keep stakeholders informed and projects on track. \n
\n

- Relevant degree qualification or equivalent experience, with strong knowledge of business analysis, systems development, and technology integration. \n
- Demonstrated senior-level experience translating business needs into practical technology solutions and delivering projects, system improvements, and business outcomes. \n
- Proven ability to lead requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and change activities while managing suppliers and service providers. \n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence outcomes. \n
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to deliver quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment. \n
