Your Team
The team overall manages Hollard’s financial wellbeing and provides regular on time and high-quality financial reporting to management, regulators, shareholders and other key stakeholders. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary finance team at the forefront of a dynamic reporting and regulatory landscape.
About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, this role plays a vital role in the financial health of our company by managing intermediary/broker accounts and ensuring timely resolution of outstanding debtors and unallocated cash transactions.
Key Responsibilitiesinclude (not limited to):
Ongoing management of allocated intermediary/broker accounts by reviewing and clearing overdue policies, as per credit terms and team/company processes.
Investigating unallocated cash transactions and other variances on intermediary accounts to resolve/clear these transactions.
Maintaining Customer Service Standards for internal and external stakeholders.
Performing administrative and reporting tasks within credit control team to meet month-end deadlines.
Assisting with creation of procedures and policies
About You
Experience with high transaction volume processing and reconciliations.
Strong Excel, administration skills required to manage the tasks within the team to meet month end targets.
Good verbal and written communication skills needed to liaise with the system owners to clear or resolve the variance.
Ability to confidently negotiate to obtain the necessary information regarding the transactions in question.
