About the Role

The prime focus of this role is to ensure the delivery of day-to-day Administration Support for all Operations across the branch. This role reports directly to theNSWOperationsManager at BTP.

Key Requirements

• Must hold a current Drivers Licence
• 2-3 years’ experience within Administration preferred.
• Ability to engage with customers and suppliers
• Payroll experience preferred but not essential
• Data entry, archiving and scanning.
• Maintenance and accuracy of the capacity calendar
• Ability to problem solve, assist, guide and improve process.
• Communicates professionally and effectively to all stakeholders (internal and external).
• Proactive, highly motivated with a collaborative team-orientated mindset.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; Intermediate - Advanced Word skills; as well as, Intermediate - advanced Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential.
• Ability to prioritise with excellent time management skills.
