Packing customer orders is the main part of this role, alongside stock, organisation and day-to-day warehouse responsibilities that keep our operation running smoothly.

About the role
Reporting to the Sydney Operations Manager, you’ll pack alongside the team and take ownership of keeping the morning organised and orders moving.
You might be packing orders one minute, helping a team member with a packing question the next, then restocking packaging or sorting out an issue that has come up.
You’ll need to be comfortable with variety, confident working independently and ready to take initiative.
What you’ll be doing
Packing and production
- Pick and pack LVLY flower and gift orders.
- Prepare boxes, jars and packaging.
- Check orders for accuracy and presentation.
- Prioritise orders around dispatch deadlines.
- Work alongside the team to complete daily orders on time.
- Troubleshoot packing issues as they arise.
Leading the daily packing workflow
- Be a reliable go‑to person for the packing team.
- Organise the morning workflow and help allocate packing tasks.
- Keep an eye on order volumes, priorities and dispatch deadlines.
- Support newer team members with LVLY’s packing processes.
- Flag anything falling behind or needing attention.
- Keep the Sydney Operations Manager updated on important issues.
- Step in wherever needed to keep the day running smoothly.
Stock and warehouse responsibilities
- Receive and put away stock.
- Keep products and packing materials organised.
- Restock packing areas.
- Assist with stock counts and stock movements.Monitor stock levels and flag anything running low.
- Identify and report damaged or missing stock.
- Prepare stock and materials for upcoming production.
- Assist with dispatch and driver collections.
- Keep the warehouse clean and tidy, including sweeping, emptying bins and general cleaning.
What we’re looking for
You don’t need years of traditional warehouse experience. We’re interested in how you work, your attitude and your willingness to learn.
You’ll need full availability during our busiest peak periods, including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Reliable and punctual.
- Naturally organised and quick to notice what needs doing.
- Comfortable working at pace and juggling priorities.
- Hands‑on and happy to get stuck in.
- Confident working independently and taking initiative.
- Calm when things get busy.
- A clear and friendly communicator.
- Happy working as part of a small team.
- Comfortable with repetitive packing and production work.
- Willing to help with everything from packing beautiful gift orders to sweeping the floor.
