Product Content Coordinator
SoundBay is an Australian music retail and distribution group, best known for brands including Mannys Music, Store DJ, Derringers Music and Optimum Percussion. With a national retail network across Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, Adelaide and Brisbane, SoundBay is continuing to grow across the Australian music instrument and pro audio market.
We are looking for a Product Content Coordinator to join our Marketing Team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role will be responsible for creating, maintaining and optimising product content across SoundBay's online platforms, ensuring products are presented accurately, consistently and in a way that supports customer experience and sales.
You’ll work closely with the Marketing Team, suppliers and internal stakeholders, with a focus on product content, eCommerce publishing, product data and online merchandising.

Regular Duties Include:
- Create, publish and maintain product pages across SoundBay's websites, including copywriting, image optimisation, basic HTML formatting and online merchandising
- Coordinate product information, specifications and digital assets from suppliers and external contributors
- Schedule and publish new product releases, pre-orders, first drops and restocks accurately and within required timeframes
- Maintain accurate product categorisation, specifications, attributes and related product data across eCommerce platforms
- Identify and resolve inaccurate, incomplete or outdated product information across websites, ERP systems and product metadata
- Create and maintain website promotions, campaigns, special offers and promotional landing pages
- Support EDM campaigns through product selection, promotional copywriting and campaign execution
- Regularly audit and improve product listings and online merchandising to support customer experience and commercial outcomes
- Use AI tools effectively to support content creation, product data management and workflow efficiency
- Participate in offsite marketing events, trade shows and other promotional activities as required
Essential Skills & Experience
We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience working in eCommerce, digital content, product content, marketing coordination or a similar role
- Knowledge of musical instruments, pro audio, DJ or related music products
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Experience creating, maintaining or publishing website content and product information
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines accurately
- Confidence working with digital systems, online platforms and product data
- A practical, proactive approach to problem solving and improving processes
Highly Regarded
- Experience working with eCommerce platforms, CMS or ERP systems
- Basic HTML and image editing skills
- Experience with online merchandising, website promotions or EDM campaigns
- Experience using AI tools to support content creation and workflow efficiency
- Experience supporting events, trade shows or other marketing activities
