Job Description \n

We’re looking for a strong, versatile Senior Lead Developer tobuild and enhance modern applications across the full technology stack. Thisrole needs someone with deep development expertise, modern DevOps practices,and practical cloud exposure , rather than a dedicated cloud engineer.

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Design, develop, refactor, and maintain end‑to‑endapplications (backend, frontend, integrations).
  
\n
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Agile leaderson user stories, design, documentation, and testing .
  
\n
• Implement high‑quality, maintainable solutionsusing agreed engineering standards and design patterns .
  
\n
• Write and maintain unit tests ; participatein and lead code reviews .
  
\n
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, developertooling, and automation .
  
\n
• Work with containerised and cloud‑hostedapplications; resolve technical dependencies across teams.
  
\n

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

\n

\n
• Python for application and systems development – strongworking experience (7+ years preferred)
  
\n
• Docker , Git
  
\n
• Terraform
  
\n
• Build, packaging, and release processes
  
\n
• Practical exposure to AWS or similar cloudplatforms
  
\n
• CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitLab preferred)
  
\n
• Understanding of:
  
\n
• Cloud‑hosted architectures
  
\n
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts
  
\n

Nice to Have

\n

\n
• Exposure to AI‑assisted/agentic developertools (e.g. Cursor, Codex, Claude Code)
