About the role

Carlisle Health is looking for an experienced Territory Manager - Medical Imaging to drive referral growth and revenue across Bundaberg and the Fraser Coast.

This is a permanent part-time position, working 4 days per week. You'll spend your time in market, building relationships with GPs, specialists, allied health professionals and practice teams across the region.

You'll be accountable for growing referrals, winning new referrers and increasing share of referrals from existing accounts, working closely with our local site teams to convert demand into sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive referral growth and revenue across the Bundaberg and Fraser Coast region against agreed targets.
• Own the territory plan and pipeline, identifying priority referrers, growth opportunities and new business.
• Build and grow relationships with GPs, specialists, allied health professionals, practice managers and other referral stakeholders.
• Win new referrers and grow existing accounts through proactive, needs-based business development.
• Use referral data and market intelligence to identify opportunities, understand changes in referral behaviour and focus activity where it will have the greatest impact.
• Represent Carlisle Health in the market, including referrer visits, education sessions, networking and local healthcare events.
• Partner with site and clinical teams to deliver an exceptional referrer and patient experience and support the uptake of new services, technology and equipment.
• Maintain a disciplined CRM and reporting rhythm, with clear visibility of activity, pipeline, performance and territory risks.
• Act as the voice of the referrer, bringing local market insight and feedback into the business.

Skills and Experience

• Proven success in business development, territory management, medical sales, account management or a similar target-driven role.
• Experience in medical imaging, radiology, diagnostics or healthcare is highly regarded, as are existing relationships within the local referrer community. (Desirable)
• A track record of growing revenue, referrals or accounts against measurable targets.
• Confidence engaging with GPs, specialists and healthcare professionals.
• Strong commercial acumen, relationship-building skills and a proactive approach.
• The ability to use data and insight to prioritise opportunities and drive action.
• A current driver's licence and the ability to travel throughout the Illawarra and Southern Highlands.
