Bolt + Buckle is a growing men's lifestyle brand. We are known for creating a relaxed and laid-back shopping experience, and for quality fashion, gifts and leather products for the guys. Our mission is to support men in “crafting their story” - their look, their style, and simply to create a great shopping experience. Adding to our Brisbane and Murwillumbah stores this year we opened our 3rd store in the gorgeous town of Alstonville. In line with our other stores we found a gorgeous old building, a great community and a space to create an incredible vibe for our customers.

“Indepal” (our leather goods brand) started at markets 14 years ago, and over the years we have evolved into a men's fashion and gifting store holding diverse brands such as John Lennon shirts, Industrie, Mr Simple, Bugatti, Ferricini shoes, Brixton, Will &Bear, Trufitt & Hill, most recently local brand Calvert, and many more. Our aim is to have something for everyone and also to use both local, national and international brands.

Your new role
We are looking for someone to work across both Murwillumbah and Alstonville stores. The majority of the 3 days a week will be in Alstonville in a unique leather goods, men's fashion and gift store, you will enjoy the client base we attract, be part of a team highly passionate about the brand and excellence in the customer experience, and have the opportunity to display your creative skills.

Key responsibilities include:

Retail assistant 3 a week with some flexibility(will include some weekend work)

Support the team in excelling in customer experience

Stock management, receiving and transferring goods, labelling

Support with visual merchandising

Collaborating with owners and other stores

What you'll need to succeed

A love for meeting people, enjoying conversation and providing the ultimate in customer experience

An attention to detail and organised approach

A solid understanding of the retail environment

A good balance of enjoying working in a team and independently
