About the Role
As a Logistics and Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end supply chain while supporting our sales team to provide excellent customer service. You will work closely with overseas suppliers, freight providers, warehouses, customs agents, and customers. Working with the sales team in our Sydney Head Office, you will be managing shipments and scheduling transport for deliveries in an efficiently to ensure we responsively meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Manage the end-to-end supply chain process
- Process supplier purchase orders and liaise with overseas suppliers
- Book, monitor, and manage shipments, liaising with shipping lines and freight forwarders
- Process customer orders and coordinate deliveries, liaising with warehouses
- Work closely with the sales team and provide excellent customer service
- Liaise with customs agents and 3PL

About You — The Ideal Candidate
- Experience in a similar role is highly regarded, e.g. distribution, freight forwarders, customs clearance
- Proactive, positive attitude with strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and interest in improving systems and processes
- Ability to work confidently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- High proficiency in written and spoken English
- Australian work rights are required for this position
