About the role
Reporting to the National Payroll Manager, you'll take ownership of end-to-end payroll operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, helping drive best-practice payroll processes and ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of payroll services. You'll play an important role in enhancing the employee experience across a large and diverse workforce.

You're an experienced payroll professional who takes pride in delivering accurate work, building strong relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. To be successful, you will bring:
- Experience and ability to independently deliver end-to-end payroll services in a medium to large organisation ideally within the disability or community services sector including processing payroll, in addition to month-end and year-end payroll processes, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience using payroll, time and attendance, and workforce management systems.
- Experience working with modern awards, enterprise agreements and common law.
- Relevant qualifications in Payroll, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
