As an Account Manager at Hilti, you'll build strong customer partnerships, drive business growth, and help shape the future of the construction industry. This role is designed for ambitious, customer-focused individuals looking to develop a successful career in sales with a company that invests heavily in learning, development, and progression.

You'll learn from industry-leading sales and marketing experts while building valuable skills in relationship management, business development, project management, and consultative selling.

What does the role involve?

You'll manage your own portfolio of customers across Queensland, taking ownership of your territory and creating a schedule that works for both you and your customers.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Building and strengthening long-term customer relationships

Identifying new business opportunities and growing existing accounts

Conducting on-site demonstrations of Hilti's innovative products and solutions

Providing expert advice and tailored solutions that add value to your customers' businesses

Working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes

This is a highly autonomous role where you'll be trusted to manage your territory while receiving ongoing coaching and support to accelerate your development.

What you need is:

A relevant tertiary qualification

Previous experience in a customer-facing role

A genuine passion for sales, relationship building, and business development

A strong desire to learn, grow, and take ownership of your career

Excellent planning, organisation, and time management skills

The ability to work independently and stay self-motivated

A commitment to making construction better through innovation and partnership

Flexibility and mobility to explore future career opportunities nationally or internationally
