As a Team Leader, you'll lead the team through busy shifts, set the standard on the floor and help create the fun, welcoming environment that Yo-Chi is known for. What you'll be doing:

• Leading the team through busy shifts with confidence, positivity and great energy.
• Creating memorable guest experiences by delivering genuine, friendly service.
• Coaching and supporting team members while leading by example.
• Opening and closing the venue, including cash handling and daily administrative tasks.
• Keeping the venue clean, safe and running smoothly.
• Ensuring every Yo-Chi served looks just as good as it tastes.
• Managing stock, receiving deliveries and helping keep everything organised behind the scenes.
• Maintaining our food safety, hygiene and operational standards every day.

What we're looking for:

• Previous leadership experience in hospitality, retail or customer service.
• Someone who naturally motivates and brings positive energy to a team.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Confidence making decisions and solving problems during a shift.
• Availability to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• A genuine passion for people, teamwork and creating great experiences.
