Experienced Gardener / Property Maintenance Professional
You'll be joining Jim's Mowing Grovedale North as an experienced gardener and property maintenance professional. Your work will include a broad range of lawn, garden and property maintenance tasks, working on residential and commercial properties throughout the Geelong region. Attention to detail matters—we expect lawns to be cut evenly, edges to be crisp, hedges to be shaped properly and paths, driveways and outdoor areas to be left clean.
Key responsibilities
Lawn mowing
Professional edging and whipper snipping
Hedge trimming and shaping
Shrub and plant pruning
Weed control and spraying
Garden maintenance and weeding
Green-waste removal
Blowing and detailed property clean-up
General property maintenance
Identifying additional work that may benefit the customer
About you
Solid experience in gardening, lawn care, landscaping or property maintenance
Experienced with commercial mowing and gardening equipment
Competent in mowing, edging, spraying, pruning, hedging and shaping
Physically fit and capable of working outdoors throughout the day
Able to maintain a reasonable and productive work pace
Detail-focused
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Respectful and professional when dealing with customers
Current Australian driver's licence required
