Strathfield Early Learning is a privately owned, 90-place long day care centre in Strathfield, and we're looking for a Certificate III Trainee to join our exceptional team.

About the role

You'll be part of a warm, education-focused team that works closely with families to support children's health, safety, and wellbeing. No prior educator experience is required. This is a Certificate III traineeship where you'll learn and study on the job with support from our experienced team.

This is a full-time role with permanent employment. We're looking for someone energetic with a strong sense of teamwork who is ready to learn, contribute to daily room operations and programming responsibilities, and help create an inviting environment where every child and family feels welcome.

What we're looking for

• Willingness to learn and complete a Traineeship in Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Energetic, team-oriented, and passionate about beginning a career in early childhood education
• Committed to child safety, cultural safety, and child-centred practice
