Role Responsibilities

Responsible for mostly the Northern Beaches Area

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Distributors

Develop and execute sales growth in Fastener product categories

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

Provide frequent technical support and product recommendations to customers

Be proactive and conduct site visits as well as product demonstrations

Maintain a sound understanding of product range, installation techniques and relevant building codes or standards

You will be supported in your role by:

• A Customer Service Team in Brisbane and centralised Sydney
• A strong Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Team
• Marketing Team based in Sydney
• A knowledgeable National Operations Manager based in Sydney

Candidate Desired Experience:

• 5-10 years sales experience in similar role
• Sound product knowledge of Fasteners (Essential)
• Previous experience with customer relationship building (B2B Distributors - Highly Desirable)
• Excellent communication, influencing skills and customer service focus
• A detail oriented and organised individual who can work autonomously
