About the Role

As a Contract Care RN, you’ll be offered shifts at a variety of Aged Care facilities across Sydney and be matched with shifts that suit your lifestyle.

Duties

• Deliver person-centred clinical care to residents across allocated homes.
• Administer medications and complete assessments in line with facility policies.
• Coordinate care with onsite clinical leaders, carers and allied health teams.
• Lead and support care staff on shift where required.
• Complete documentation and handovers accurately across multiple sites.

Skills & Experience

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in residential aged care (minimum 12 months preferred).
• Confidence working across multiple facilities and adapting to new teams.
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to a variety of locations across Sydney.
