About the Role\n
As a truck driver, you are responsible for delivering stockfeed to customers and acting as the face of Reid Stockfeeds to provide a positive experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities\n
- \n
- Accurate and complete loading records and delivery records \n
- Delivery of customer reference samples to farm \n
- Positive feedback from customers \n
- Reference Sample verification testing (Audit) \n
- Professional appearance and communication \n
- Daily checklist and weekly maintenance checklists – NextGen \n
- No significant safety incidents \n
- Lost Time Injury performance against target and industry standards \n
- All incidents and near misses are reported in Rapid Global \n
What You Will Bring\n
- \n
- A current Heavy Combination / Multi Combination licence \n
- A minimum of 12 months’ truck driving experience \n
- Clean driving record \n
- Excellent communication and listening skills \n
- Able to build credibility and trust with people \n
- Ability to work in a team \n
- High attention to detail \n
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the company \n
- Certificate of Education (Year 12 or equivalent). \n
- Experience within agriculture, stockfeed or rural industries. \n
- Understanding of NHVR compliance obligations. \n
- Experience with in-truck tablets, GPS and electronic delivery systems. \n

- Complete induction and safety training. \n
- Learn routes, procedures and customer requirements. \n
- Build key working relationships. \n
- Days 31-60 | \n
- Complete deliveries safely and accurately. \n
- Maintain records, vehicle checks and communication. \n
- Provide reliable customer service. \n
- Days 61-90 | \n
- Manage deliveries independently. \n
- Meet safety, quality and DIFOT expectations. \n
- Demonstrate G.R.O.W values consistently. \n
