Job description

Ready to get hands-on and help shape the future of change at Teachers Health?

Join Teachers Health as an Organisational Change Analyst, where you'll play a key role in driving the delivery of organisational change initiatives that help our people, teams and business adapt, grow and succeed.

Working closely with our Change Manager, you'll partner with stakeholders across the business to assess impacts, build business readiness and drive the successful adoption of new ways of working.

About The Role

As our Organisational Change Analyst, you'll help deliver organisational and technology-enabled change initiatives across a diverse portfolio of transformation projects.

This is not a traditional desk-based analyst role. You'll work directly with leaders, project teams and employees to assess impacts, build readiness and enable the successful adoption of new ways of working. From operating model changes and process improvements to enterprise technology implementations, you'll play a hands-on role in helping people navigate change and achieve successful outcomes.

Importantly, you'll also help shape and mature change management at Teachers Health. As we continue to build our change capability and embed consistent, standardised change practices, you'll contribute to developing tools, frameworks and approaches that enable successful change across the organisation.

This 12-month fixed-term full-time opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, influencing outcomes and making a tangible impact through change.

At Teachers Health, you'll join a purpose-led organisation where people genuinely care, collaborate and support each other to do their best work.

What will you do?

In This Role, You Will

  • Partner closely with leaders, teams and project stakeholders to understand impacts, address concerns and deliver successful change outcomes
  • Conduct change impact assessments to identify the people, process and technology impacts of change initiatives
  • Deliver business readiness activities to help teams successfully adopt new ways of working
  • Facilitate workshops, focus groups and stakeholder engagement activities to gather insights, assess impacts and inform change planning
  • Develop practical change plans, stakeholder engagement approaches and implementation activities
  • Coordinate communication and engagement activities that build awareness, understanding and adoption of change initiatives
  • Monitor and report on change readiness, risks, issues and adoption outcomes
  • Contribute to the implementation of organisational, operating model, process improvement and technology-enabled change initiatives
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of change management tools, frameworks and standardised practices across Teachers Health

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources, Organisational Development, Communications, Psychology, Project Management or a related discipline
  • Approximately 3-5+ years' experience in change management, organisational development, transformation, project delivery or a related field
  • Experience delivering, coordinating or contributing to organisational and/or technology-enabled change initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management, and excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills
  • Experience conducting change impact assessments and business readiness activities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with the ability to simplify complex information
