Job description
An experienced and motivated Business Development Manager/Senior Property Manager role focused on building relationships, growing a rent roll and working within a supportive, well-resourced property management team. You will work 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, with no weekend opens.
Key Responsibilities
- Focus on Business Development and Landlord Relationships to grow the rent roll
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with current and new property owners
- Identify new business opportunities
- Convert leads into managements
- Assist with Property Management responsibilities and team support
- Provide exceptional service to landlords and tenants
- Work closely with the existing Property Management team
About You
- Property Management experience, ideally with BDM/rent roll growth experience
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Professional presentation
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to generate and convert new business
- Strong knowledge of the local property market
- Someone who takes ownership, is reliable, and wants to grow within the business
- 2 Virtual Assistants assisting with administration and property management tasks
- 1 dedicated on ground assistant providing local support
- Collaborative team environment designed to allow you to focus on relationships, growth, and delivering excellent service
