Showroom Consultant
In thisrole, you will build strong customer relationships through face-to-face servicein our showroom by demonstrating product knowledge and equipment. Increasingsales and customer satisfaction by working with customers and ensuring apositive experience.
Role Title: Showroom Consultant
Location: Braybrook, Victoria, Australia
Hours: Monday –Friday, Full Time Permanent
Role Level: Entry - Mid
Reporting: Regional Retail Manager
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Previous customer service orindustry experience preferred, but not essential
- Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills are essential
- Adept at navigating computer systemsto manage customer interactions and records
- Ability to remain composed in afast-paced work environment and under pressure
- Willingness to provide/obtainrelevant checks due to interaction with our clients (e.g.: Police checks/NDISWorker Screening check)
Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet customers delivering excellentcustomer service with a sales-focused approach
- Resolve customer questions andconcerns in an efficient manner
- Learn and stay up-to-date with ourproducts and services, and use this knowledge to enhance customer experience
- Assist customers with accurate andtimely order placement, tracking, and processing, to encourage repeat business
- Maintain showroom inventory andpresentation as required
