Our client is a highly regarded Professional Conference Organiser with an impressive portfolio of accounts and a strong reputation for delivering exceptional conference and event travel solutions.

As a specialist in the MICE sector they manage a range of international and domestic programs.
\n
They now have the opportunity for an experienced and passionate Travel Consultant to join their high-performing team.
THE ROLE \n
As part of this small and professional team, you will play a key role in managing group travel arrangements and delivering outstanding service to delegates and stakeholders.
\n
Your day may involve:
\n
Managing group travel bookings and coordinating all itinerary components, including flights, accommodation, transfers, and ancillary services.
\n
Assisting with pre and post-conference leisure travel arrangements, including extended touring options.
\n
Building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal teams and external suppliers to support successful event outcomes.

Hybrid working model - 3 days in the office, 2 days from home

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED \n
Previous experience as a Leisure or Corporate Travel Consultant (essential)
\n
Experience managing group travel bookings (highly desirable)
\n
Excellent communication, organisational and customer service skill
