HR Coordinator - 4-6 month opportunity - SCHADS award experience
Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a rewarding opportunity within the not-for-profit sector? We are partnering with a well-respected charity seeking a proactive HR Coordinatorto join their team on an initial 4-6 month contract, with potential for extension (4 days a week).
This is a true generalist HR rolewhere you'll support the full employee lifecycle and work closely with leaders across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Employee relations support and advice
- HR administration and compliance
- Award interpretation and employment legislation guidance
- Policy and procedure support
- Performance management and employee lifecycle activities
- General HR project and operational support
About You
- Previous experience in a generalist HR role
- Strong employee relations experience
- Recruitment experience across a variety of roles
- Knowledge of the SCHADS Awardis highly desirable
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
