About the Role
A motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative is sought to join a supportive team based in the northern suburbs. The position involves working closely with both new and existing clients, offering product advice, sourcing solutions, and ensuring customers receive the right products for their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and growing a portfolio of customers
- Providing knowledgeable support on fasteners and related products
- Preparing quotes, processing orders, and following up on enquiries
- Building strong relationships across manufacturing, construction and hobbyist markets
- Contributing to a positive, customer-driven team culture
About the Candidate
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Previous sales experience (industrial, manufacturing, or construction industries advantageous but not essential)
- Ability to understand and communicate technical product information
- Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
