About the role

We are looking for an exceptionally talented and diverse Food and Beverage Supervisor for Rooftop Bar - BLOSSOM. This role requires availability for evening & weekend shifts to supervise service to our inhouse and public guests with an in-depth knowledge of managing dietary requirements. Candidates must be available Thursday to Saturday, afternoon-late.

About you

Previous experience in Hospitality is essential;

Demonstrated skills in supervising a team;

Exceptional attention to detail;

Confident and has the ability to work unsupervised;

Strong communication skills with a passion for providing exceptional customer service;

Holds a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
