Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Manager - Mulgrave (Hybrid)\n

GWA is looking for an Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Manager to lead our transactional financial function. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will take ownership of the accounts receivable and accounts payable cycle across the Group. You will lead a team and work with stakeholders across the business to resolve issues, improve processes and support cash flow.

  • Accounts Receivable Credit assessment and customer onboarding

  • Invoicing and collections

  • Dispute and claims resolution

  • Cash allocation
  • \n
  • Accounts Payable Supplier onboarding and master data
  • \n
  • Invoice processing and approval workflows
  • \n
  • Payment runs
  • \n
  • Supplier statement reconciliation
  • \n

You will set priorities, monitor team performance, coach and develop team members, and maintain productive relationships with customers and suppliers. You will partner with stakeholders across Finance, Sales, IT, Logistics and other business areas to resolve operational issues and identify opportunities to improve processes, controls and systems.

What you’ll bring\n

You will have substantial experience across accounts receivable, accounts payable or a broader transactional finance function, with demonstrated experience leading and developing a team. You will be comfortable managing competing priorities, investigating the cause of issues and working with internal and external stakeholders to reach a resolution.
