Our client is a leading healthcare Design and Construct specialist with 20+ years in the industry and over 100 medical, dental and allied health fitouts completed. With teams across Sydney, Melbourne and Perth, they deliver end-to-end services, from architecture, interior design and branding through to project management and construction. Their business is built on long-term client relationships, and they're known for transparency, creative problem-solving and compliant, patient-focused spaces. They're a smaller, rapidly growing team that is energetic and genuinely values creativity and passion.
About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to build and manage long-term relationships that drive sustainable growth across the healthcare fitout industry. This is a true Business Development role focused on partnerships and repeat business rather than a pure sales position. Initial duties will include generating leads and supporting sales as you establish your network.
Your responsibilities will also include:
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to expand market presence
- Generate leads through networking, cold outreach and industry events
- Support clients from first contact through to end-of-project debrief
- Develop partnerships with suppliers, financial institutions and industry stakeholders
- Build long-term relationships with practitioners, practice owners and healthcare groups
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Familiarity with CRM, sales reporting and digital marketing tools
- Intermediate knowledge of healthcare facility compliance and fitout processes
- A valid Australian driver's licence, your own vehicle and the ability to travel
- A proven track record of generating leads, closing deals and achieving targets
- 3-5+ years in BD, sales or account management, ideally in healthcare fit-outs or construction
