SEFTON PLAYHOUSE - CASUAL FLOOR COORDINATOR

Sefton Playhouse is looking for a confident, organised and people-focused casual Floor Coordinator to join our team. This is a fast-paced role where you’ll be responsible for keeping the floor running smoothly and coordinating between dancers, the stage, bar, customers and security.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Running and managing the stage schedule throughout the night
  • Keeping the night on time and communicating any changes
  • Managing music and making announcements on microphone for promotions and stage changes
  • Supporting and managing dancer-related issues
  • Coordinating stage shows and props
  • Monitoring the floor, CCTV and stages throughout the shift
  • Looking after VIP customers, bookings and functions
  • Being a point of contact for customers and promoting private shows
  • Working closely with the MC and security
  • Completing a shift report at the end of the night

What we’re looking for:

  • Confident communication and people skills
  • Someone organised who can multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • A natural ability to take charge and make decisions
  • Reliable and comfortable working late-night shifts
  • Experience in hospitality, nightlife, events or a similar fast-paced environment is preferred, but not essential

Pay rates:

Monday-Friday: $39.13/hr

Saturday: $46.95/hr

Sunday: $54.78/hr
