Baltic Group is seeking experienced Boilermakers to join our dedicated shutdown crew, supporting ongoing CHPP maintenance works throughout the Bowen Basin.

Boilermaker Rates:
- Day Shift: $70 per hour
- Night Shift: $75 per hour
About the Role
You will be part of our experienced shutdown team completing maintenance and fabrication work across a range of major mining sites.
The role includes:
- Back-to-back CHPP shutdowns
- Floating crew opportunities
- Lifestyle roster options
- Drive-in, drive-out (DIDO) work
- Mackay-based industrial work, including sugar mills
- Supporting clients including BHP, Glencore, Thiess, Peabody, and more
- Working across multiple sites throughout the Bowen Basin

- Trade Certificate (Boilermaker)
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Current Coal Board Medical
- Current Standard 11
- Current site inductions (highly desirable)
- Gas Test Atmosphere (highly desirable)
- Working at Heights (highly desirable)
- Confined Space (highly desirable)
