Mobility Matters started in 2016 and now has team of over 10+ senior physiotherapists that focus on helping people move better, feel better and live better.
Covering all suburbs of Melbourne, we are expanding our team in the East and South Eastern Suburbs (We are also looking for Contractors around Western and Northern Suburbs).
Our physiotherapists weekly client caseload is a mixture of all funding schemes (not just NDIS or HCP)

Who are we looking for?
- Minimum 6-12 months experience with a variety of clients (NDIS, Support at Home, Private)
- Create and personalise treatment plans which include goal setting, manual therapy and exercises.
- Enjoy liaising with family members, care team managers, doctors and allied health colleagues to optimise client care.
- You communicate openly, collaborate effectively, and engage with feedback in a productive way.
- You’re motivated to contribute, grow, and help build something worthwhile
- You show initiative and accountability in managing your caseload, the outcomes, and fostering strong client relationships
